By truly understanding our client’s investment remit and M&A strategy, we form a criteria which we discuss with prospective targets during the market map stage.  As a result, we engage in conversations with companies that aren’t yet on the market 'for sale', but with those that fit within our clients investment parameters. Over several years, the Connect CF partners have confidentially, initiated dialogue with a diverse range of businesses on behalf of buy-side clients, they are experienced in building relationships with vendors over time.

​Connect CF regularly discuss target acquisition opportunities with their clients, delivering structured reports on the commercial attributes of the businesses and value/deal expectations of the vendors. We collectively agree on the appropriate target(s), based on the initial investment guidelines and initiate a formal offer thereafter.

If desired, Connect CF can work closely through due diligence, negotiation, and the share purchase documentation, offering added value support throughout any step of the deal process.
