Connect's buy-side client sought an acquisition opportunity within the A&F sector, so engaged us to review and map the US market, to find firms which fitted within their investment parameters, who might also be willing to consider an approach from a strategic buyer.
Following an extensive mapping excercise and outreach to prospective targets, the result was 20+ target companies sourced and introduced during exploratory deal meetings.
Our client successfully completed the acquisition of one target in May 2024, bringing a successful conclusion to the project.
