Given the work we have done within the UK Healthcare recruitment sector over the past year, we are pleased to share our latest report. We hope to demystify the role Healthcare Staffing Agencies play when supporting the NHS.
With agency scrutiny becoming even more rampant in the last year, as labour shortages have become chronic, we felt it necessary to address the narrative, with a balanced view of the in-play factors.
Ultimately, we feel there needs to be a stronger focus on collaboration between the NHS, government and agencies to overcome these challenges whilst understanding the cause of these problems.
